international sporting agencies. Each course follows a stage-by-stage
process of assessment. Performance of trainees is evaluated at every stage
and the certificate and license are awarded to only to those qualifying in
all training modules. The module(s) in which trainee has not attained
required grade is informed about it and the reasons thereof. At the end of
training, overall performance is briefed in a joint session. Those
trainees did not achieve the certification grade-level are advised to
practice sufficiently and until required standard is achieved. Afterwards,
such trainee can approach the Institute for ‘Re-test’. Re-Test Re-test is meant to ensure that the
trainee is fully qualified for awarding the license and certificate. The
Re-test provision is valid for three-month period only and it is counted from the last day of the said training. The request in
this effect should be expressed in writing to the Institute in advance and
before mandatory three-month period. Any claim afterwards will be treated
as null and void. It would be full responsibility of the
trainee to contact the Institute for seeking a date for re-test and the
Institute shall, in no way, be responsible for any failure on the part of
trainee in doing so. However, if a course of similar nature
was not scheduled by the Institute in the stipulated three-month period,
request of the trainee will be considered for the next
immediate course only. A maximum of two chances are given to the
trainee for ‘re-test’. Any attempt beyond this would be chargeable,
and @ Rs. 500/- per attempt. Needless to state, the three-month validity
period for re-test will remain unchanged. Validity of Certification The license and certificate issued to successful
trainees are valid only for two-years only. In order to ensure
higher-level of operational efficiency and safety standards, the license

every two-years and renewal of the license is made accordingly. Institute

license. Required fee is to be deposited before registration. It may be
noted that it would be full responsibility of the Holder to request the
Institute in writing along with a copy of license about the renewal well
before the expiry date. After finalizing the schedule, Institute shall
inform him the schedule accordingly. No request for re-validation will be
accepted after expiry of the license and certificate date, and the same
shall be treated as invalid and void. Use of license and certificate after
expiry date is illegal and shall invite penal action from appropriate
Authorities. Under no circumstance, Institute will be responsible
to or binding upon informing any Holder about the re-validation due date.
It would be summarily their responsibility.
